ToonLee is a Venture Partner at Delight Capital and is part of the Technology team. She is passionate about solving real-world problems with innovative solutions that brings significant social impact.
She has more than 15 years in the biomedical, medtech and agritech industries, with various MNCs like GlaxoSmithKline, Wyeth, Genzyme and Syngenta, in regional Quality and Compliance roles, eventually assuming senior global corporate leadership role in Adama. Her appointment in Adama was based out of China, managing global teams via matrix organisation with her core team based in Israel.
ToonLee is the owner of several companies. Her biomedical commercialisation company Bio-XL Asia Pte Ltd, is currently working on therapeutics for diabetes, cancer and rare disease and intervention solutions for longevity.
She has been an angel investor since 2011, investing directly into companies.
She currently serves as a Board Member of Bio-XL Ltd, Advisory Board member of Family Hippocampus Club and as an Agriculture and Commodities sub-committee member of the South African Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.
ToonLee holds an MBA from the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University and Bachelor of Science (Hons), 2nd Upper majoring in Chemistry NUS, and various continuing education certificates with LKY School of Public Policy.
